      Select the network manually.

      Type the APN information.

    Can I make voice calls and send SMS with the eSIM plan?

    Voice calls and SMS are not available. We recommend using Skype or WhatsApp if you need to make a call or send messages.

    Is it possible to top up my eSIM data before it runs out?
    Unfortunately, we do not currently support top-ups for eSIM data. We recommend you buy a new one and install it on your device again.
    Can I share data with my friends?

    Yes, absolutely! Our eSIM plans support hotspots (tethering), allowing you to share your data with friends as needed before the eSIM data is exhausted. Stay connected and share the experience with those around you.

    What is an eSIM?

    SIM stands for “Embedded Subscriber Identification Module”, and is a revolutionary technology that enables the activation of a cellular plan without using a physical SIM card.
    The eSIM works the same way as a traditional SIM card, providing the necessary identification and connectivity features for mobile devices.

    The distinctive aspect of eSIM is that it comes pre-installed in the devices. Users can simply activate the eSIM by scanning a provided QR code, bypassing the wait for SIM card delivery and eliminating the need for physically swapping SIM cards. This innovation offers enhanced convenience and flexibility in managing cellular plans for modern mobile users.

    When should I buy my eSIM?

    You can make a purchase anytime at your convenience. You may purchase an eSIM plan the day prior to your travel date or upon arrival at your destination.

    To activate the eSIM plan, your device must be connected to a cellular data network or Wi-Fi. We recommend that you activate an eSIM plan by using a public Wi-Fi network like those available at an airport or hotel.

    Can I pay with cash or different payments besides PayPal?
    We currently accept payment only through PayPal. However, please note that you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. You can use your credit or debit card to make the payment without creating a PayPal account.
    How can I install the eSIM on my device?

    There are 2 ways to add an eSIM to your device (please note that these steps may differ depending on your device & language.)
    To activate the plan, you need to be connected to a strong WiFi signal and not in airplane mode.

    A. Activate by scanning the QR code 
    iOS:
    1. Go to [Settings] - Tap [Cellular/Mobile Data]
    2. Tap Add [Cellular Plan] or [Mobile Data Plan]
    3. Scan the QR Code that you received via email.
    4. Your device will automatically start activation instructions.
    Android:
    1. Go to [Settings] – [SIM Card Manager] – [Add a Mobile Plan]
    2. Go to [Scan Carrier QR code]
    3. Scan the QR Code that you received via email.
    4. Your device will automatically start activation instructions.

    B. Activate by typing manual information.
    iOS:
    1. Go to [Settings] – [Cellular/Mobile Data] – [Add Cellular Plan] – [Enter Details Manually]
    2. Enter [SM-DP+ Address] and [Activation Code] which you’ve received through email with a QR code. (Please make sure you don't paste with https:// or http://)
    3. Your device will automatically start activation instructions.
    Android:
    1. Go to [Settings] – [Connections] – [SIM Card Manager] – [Add a Mobile Plan]
    2. Go to [Scan Carrier QR code] – Tap [Enter activation code] instead
    3. Type [Activation Code] which you’ve received through email with QR code. (Please make sure you don't paste with https:// or http://)
    4. Tap [Connect] – [Add and use it now] 5. Your eSIM plan will be activated automatically as you set the details.

    Can I install my eSIM on multiple devices?
    No. You can’t scan the same QR code on multiple devices. In addition, one QR code can’t be scanned multiple times. The scan will not work if the number of scans exceeds the limits.
    How do I check if my phone is unlocked?
    You can’t use an eSIM with a locked phone. To check whether your device is locked, please contact your carrier or check the [Settings] menu and find either [Add eSIM] or [Add Mobile Plan]. If your phone is locked, you should contact your domestic carrier to unlock your phone before you can use the eSIM plan.
    How can I know which eSIM plan I am using for cellular data?

    On iPhone, go to [Settings] - [Cellular/Mobile Data] and check ‘Cellular Data’ to see the plan selected.
    On Android, go to [Settings] – [Connections] – [Mobile data] and check which plan is selected.

    Your device will specify whether it is using data from the Primary SIM or the eSIM.
    If you have installed multiple eSIM plans, your device will also specify which eSIM plan is being used at the moment by displaying the label you chose for your eSIM plan at the point of installation.

    How can I check the balance or remaining data?
    For now, you will not be able to view your data usage on our website. We will add this feature as soon as possible for your convenience. To check the accurate remaining data, please contact us via [email protected]. We’ll check and let you know. To briefly check, if you are using an Apple iPhone, you can go to [Settings] – [Cellular] – [Usage] and check how much cellular data you have used. For Google Pixel, go to [Settings] – [Network & Internet] – [Data usage] and check how much cellular data you have used.
    Can I receive phone calls on my home country’s number?

    Yes, but the feature varies depending on your device. The Dual SIM Dual Standby(DSDS) technology in compatible device models lets you remain connected with your physical SIM and your eSIM simultaneously.

    Please note that using your home country’s number will incur additional fees charged by your domestic carrier. (Please be advised that the Google Pixel 3 series is not compatible with DSDS technology.)

    Can I delete and reinstall my eSIM plan?
    Once an eSIM plan is installed, it can’t be reinstalled or reissued. If you are facing any problems, please don’t delete your eSIM plan - instead, contact Team WHIZ via [email protected] first.
