Try adding the eSIM plan manually. Follow the instructions below.
How to add manually on Google Pixel:
1. Go to the screen that instructs you to “Scan the QR Code”
2. Please tap “Need Help?” button at the bottom left of the screen.
3. Once you tap the “Need Help?” button, you can find an option where you can enter the info manually.
